We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling your photography session. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
Refunds for photography services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service is cancelled by creativearteo due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided. If a client cancels a service, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and terms outlined in the service agreement.
Digital photography products, including edited images and online galleries, are considered delivered upon completion and delivery to the client. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for delivered digital images are not typically available unless there is a significant quality issue that cannot be resolved through revision.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of delivered photographs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address concerns and may provide revisions or additional editing at no extra cost. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our work.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule services without penalty. In such cases, we will work with clients to find alternative arrangements.
